Auto Pay for the student Housing account on BruinBill:
Because the student housing account on BruinBill will be deactivated, Auto Pay for this account (and housing-specific charges) will no longer be available.
The last day payments will be processed on your Housing Bill account, including automatic deductions from housing auto-pay, will be Thursday, November 3. You will be automatically unenrolled from Auto Pay for Housing after this date. Housing account auto pay deductions will not be processed after November 3.
Housing fees due July – November 4, 2022 (including November rent) that remain unpaid will be transferred to the new Regular Term Bill account on BruinBill. If your housing account balance is transferred, you can settle the outstanding charges by making a manual payment to Regular Term Bill after the OneBill Initiative is implemented.
BAR Auto Pay for the tuition account on BruinBill:
The Registration Fees & Campus Charges account will be converted to Regular Term Bill account on BruinBill. This new, consolidated account will contain student tuition, housing, transportation, and miscellaneous fees.
Due to these changes, we want to ensure students have an opportunity to reevaluate their AutoPay enrollment. BAR Auto Pay deductions will not be processed after November 3, 2022. Your account will be automatically unenrolled from BAR Auto Pay on November 4, 2022.
New Regular Term Bill Auto Pay
You may elect to sign up for Regular Term Bill Auto Pay after implementation, which will be managed and supported by UCLA Student Accounts. This simplified payment option will automatically deduct the entire balance of Regular Term Bill once per month on the day of your choosing.
