While we transition to the new billing environment, you may notice a few services are temporarily interrupted:
- The last day to make a payment on your student Housing account on BruinBill will be Thursday, November 3 at 11:59 p.m.(PT); after this time, the balance will be transferred to a different BruinBill account.
- You’ll be unable to view or make payments on the student BruinBill portal beginning at 11:30 p.m. (PT) on Saturday, November 5. We expect service to resume on Sunday, November 6 in the evening.
- The last day student payments for transportation services will be accepted on the Bruin ePermit Portal and Transit Portal is Sunday, November 6. Student payments for parking and transit fees made afterwards will be posted on Regular Term Bill.
- BruinDirect refunds won’t be released on Monday, November 7. Processing will resume Tuesday, November 8.
